  1. Online Exhibition Ticket Purchases: Refunds and Policies

     

  • Online Refunds for Unused Tickets: For exhibition tickets purchased online that remain unused within their validity period, refunds are exclusively processed online and are free of charge. Please follow these steps:

    • A. Log in to the "Member Center." If you're not a member, please click "Guest Orders."

    • B. Navigate to the "My Orders" page.

    • C. Locate the order for which you wish to submit a cancellation request.

    • D. Click the "Cancel Reservation" button to complete the process.

  • No Refunds for Used or Expired Tickets: Exhibition tickets purchased online are not eligible for refunds once they have been redeemed or if their validity period has expired.

  • No Replacements for Damaged or Lost Tickets: Tickets will not be reissued or exchanged if they are lost, damaged, burned, have the admission stub torn off, or are otherwise unidentifiable.
