Refund

  1. For any unused products, please apply for a refund via the official website.

  2. Refunds will not be accepted once the product (ticket) has been redeemed or used.

  3. The system does not support order modifications. To change the number of attendees, please cancel the order and place a new one.

  4. Electronic tickets purchased on this website must be used within the valid period specified for each ticket. No refunds will be given for expired tickets. If the ticket is still within the valid period and you wish to apply for a refund, please follow the steps below on this website.

Refund Application Process:

  • Log in and go to “Member Center”; if you checked out as a guest, please click “Guest Order.”

  • Navigate to the “My Orders” page.

  • Locate the order you wish to request a refund for.

  • Click the “Request Refund” button to complete the refund application for that order.
