Purchase Notice

Shopping Process:

  1. If you do not have an account on this website, you may choose "Guest Checkout" or register as a member in advance (you can log in and register using Facebook, Gmail, or your email address). If you are already a member, please click "Login."

  2. Select the product you wish to purchase → choose the specifications → if you are already logged in, click "Buy Now."

  3. Enter your contact information: name, email, and phone number (please make sure the email address is correct; the electronic ticket will be sent to this contact email after payment is completed) → select a payment method: credit card → click "Proceed to Payment."

  4. You will be redirected to the online credit card payment page → enter your payment details → double-check your "Order Information" and "Payment Information" (after confirming, check the box) → click "I have read and agree to the terms of service, submit."

  5. Once the payment is completed, you will be automatically redirected to the "Order Details" page.

How to Present the Electronic Ticket (QR Code):

  1. For Members:
    Click the profile icon at the top right corner → "My Orders" → select the item you want to use → the QR Code will be displayed.

  2. For Guest Orders:
    If you checked out as a guest, click "Guest Order" at the top right corner → enter your email / order number / order inquiry code / captcha to search, or open the "Payment Confirmation Email" in your inbox.
    (If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.) The QR code is your electronic ticket — no physical ticket will be sent.

Notes:

  • The system does not support order modification. If you need to change the number of attendees, you must cancel and reorder.

  • Payment must be completed within one hour after the order is placed. Orders that exceed the payment deadline will be automatically cancelled by the system.
