Q: Do I need to become a member to make a purchase?
A: No, you can place an order as a guest without registering as a member.

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?
A: Simply click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your account email. The system will send a password reset link to your email. Click the link in the email to reset your password.

Q: After completing payment on the website, how do I receive my e-ticket (QR code)?
A:

  1. Go to [Website] → Member Center → My Orders → Paid Orders → View.

  2. Check the email inbox of the order contact person. Open the "Payment Confirmation" or "Group Confirmation" email to access your e-ticket (QR code) sent by the system.
